Golf Club or Buggy Rental unless specifically stated on itinerary and agreed at
time of booking.
Caddie Fees unless specifically stated on itinerary and agreed at time of booking.
BOOKING ACCEPTANCE
A booking is accepted by Life of Reilly Tours, only when we have received payment
of a 25% non refundable deposit and confirmed your booking by email.
CANCELLATION
All Deposits are non-refundable.
If your trip is cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to the tour commencement you
will receive a 75% Refund if your trip has been pre-paid in full at that stage.
If your trip is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the tour commencement you will
forfeit 100% of the cost.
If you cancel pre-booked and pre-paid golf you will forfeit 100% of the cost.
PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTION
The price of your booking does not include your travel insurance and Life of Reillys
Tours cannot recommend strongly enough to each client the importance of
purchasing adequate comprehensive travel insurance to cover for cancellation,
medical expenses and cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of
accident or illness, personal injury/death; loss of baggage, all personal items and
money; and all other expenses.
The client should ensure that any activities undertaken during the Tour are covered
by their insurance, in this regard, please note that certain activities may require
specific insurance and it is a matter for the client to ascertain the position with their
insurer before partaking in any activity.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a valid passport and all
visas, permits and certificates required for your selected tour, as well as any
vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS
All pictures and descriptions displayed within your personalised itinerary are in good
faith. However, in certain circumstances beyond our control accommodation
descriptions may be affected, such as sea views, which may be obscured by
greenery, such as trees. We try to maintain up to date information on any changes,
however all details printed should be regarded for general information only.
Accommodation categories and star ratings shown on the website are provided by
the accommodation, however standards can vary between accommodations of the
same class in different countries, it is therefore important that the accommodation
details are read in full.
RESPONSIBILITY
Life of Reilly Tours assumes no responsibility for, and the participant hereby releases
Life of Reilly tours from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage
that the participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an
airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide
goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third
party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods,
accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike,
theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of Life of
Reilly Tours. The client accepts that reasonable changes in the itinerary may be
made where deemed advisable for the comfort, safety and well-being of the
passengers.
UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are valid for all reservations made through 2024 and
2025.
Life of Reilly Tours reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and
conditions at any time. It is the clients’ responsibility to be familiar with these terms
and conditions.
